Yes thats instinct not extinct... although slowly I am extinguishing the extra in me.

Instinct, however tells me that this process of reduction/eradication will take a lot more work and I am here and in it for the long haul. I must say this points malarky is keeping me focussed and shocked at the same time... thank goodness for the weekly extras.

I guess it will be survival of the fittest... that is the challenge.
